Our foot is in the door now. This is how it's always been in GA.....incrementalism. If the carve outs weren't in the bill, we would be talking about another Veto.<br /><br />And for the record......I feel bad for the faculty members who would and want to carry, But they got exactly what they asked for if the bill was going to pass.
