The proceeds will, presumably, be used to fund further anti-gun proposals.<br /><br />Washington State has had a state preemption law since 1982. Seattle lost a court case a couple years ago over a rule banning firearms in city parks because of that preemption (resulting in, IIRC, a six-figure payout to SAF for court/attorneys' fees).
