Outside of that, every PA sheriff is statutorily empowered to handle firearm transfers, but I've NEVER heard of any sheriff actually providing said service.<br /><br />So in PA, the only effective way an 18-20 year old can become the owner of a pistol is as a gift from a parent.<br /><br />-HSR47Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
