North at The Gun Blog Black List has an illustration of what is OK and what isn't OK when it comes to magazine clips of high capacity. I think I should be compliant given what I see in my desk drawer though I do have a secret stash of some of those magazine clips of high capacity. You just never know when you'll need them.
