Excuse me if I don't feel that sympathetic to these poor celebrities. The ordinary New Yorker doesn't employ a publicist to push stories about them in the media and on the Internet. If they are feeling "vulnerable" then celebrities should look at their own behavior.

As to the average New Yorker, they can just forget it. So what if they are vulnerable to thugs, rapists, and murderers, they aren't celebrities so they can just suck it up and deal with their fears.
