According to this video that was released a couple of hours ago on NJ Gov. Chris Christie's official YouTube site, he will make a decision on a pardon for Brian Aitken by Christmas. As Sebastian notes on Snow Flakes in Hell, this is a positive sign that he is taking this case seriously.
