Judge Napolitano On Chicago Gun Store Ban Decision

This afternoon Fox New's Judge Andrew Napolitano analyzed the decision by Judge Edmond Chang yesterday in Illinois Association of Firearm Retailers et al v. City of Chicago et al that found the ban on gun sales and gun stores unconstitutional.
