    At what are point are these guys responsible even if they didn't know what was going on. As a Marine NCO I was responsible for everything my Marines did. My commander was responsible for what I did. Eric Holder is the head law enforcement officer in the land and easily responsible for what the head of the ATF did, acting or not. If he didn't know he should have.
