For God's sake, can't anybody affiliated with the NRA say the name Alan Gura? It seemed like it was only due to a slip of the tongue that McDonald v. Chicago was even mentioned by attorney Bill Howard.
As SayUncle said this morning "And, seriously NRA, if you’re gonna ride the coattails of SAF and Gura, try giving some credit."
